Stillness is a meditation and breathwork application that provides:

• Guided breathing exercises (Box Breathing, 4-7-8, and more)
• Immersive visualizations and ambient experiences
• Personal progress tracking and session statistics
• Streak and habit-building features

The Service is available via web application and may be available on iOS and Android mobile platforms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Tiers

Stillness offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions provide access to additional content and features as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

• Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods
• We may offer refunds at our discretion for exceptional circumstances

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Service

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to breathing exercises, visualizations, audio content, and original text—are owned by In Spades Media LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Stillness is designed for general wellness and relaxation purposes only. The breathing exercises and meditation content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

7.2 Consult a Professional

Before beginning any breathing or meditation practice, consult with a healthcare provider, especially if you have respiratory conditions, cardiovascular conditions, are pregnant, or have any other medical concerns.

7.3 Use at Your Own Risk

You understand and agree that you use the Service at your own risk. If you experience any discomfort, dizziness, or adverse effects during a session, stop immediately and seek medical attention if needed.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy or reliability of wellness content, uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or achievement of any particular health or wellness outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, In Spades Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, service interruption, any physical or mental health outcomes, or any damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
